2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from scratches, marks, or any signs of wear

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Prescription lenses that have been fitted to your specific requirements
  • Customized or personalized eyewear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Return Shipping

Free Returns: We offer free return shipping for defective items or if we sent you the wrong product.

Customer-Paid Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status:
